    oats, walnuts, raisins, sugar, applesauce, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, cinnamon

Tips

You can add more sugar for sweeter cookies. Also, sometimes I use an extra ripe banana for sweetness.


Directions

Based off of the Quaker Oats Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies:
1) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat applesauce and sugar with electric mixer.
2) Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
3) Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; mix well.
4) Add oats, raisins, and walnuts; mix well.
5) Drop dough onto cookie sheets.
6) Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
