Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 1 lb
Taco Seasoning Mix (low sodium preferred), 1 packet
Water, 3/4 cup
Diced Tomatoes, Great Value No Salt Added, 1 can Black Beans, Great Value Reduced Sodium, 1 can
Cheese, Giant Eagle Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella, 1 cup
Green Onion, 4 stalks
Bell pepper Red, 1 medium pepper
Lettuce, 1 cup
Wraps, Fit & Active 100% Whole Wheat Flatbread, 1 wrap
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place wrap in casserole dish and bake for 5 - 10 minutes to crisp.
2. Cook ground turkey in skillet until browned. Drain. Add taco seasoning packet and water. Cook about 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Add diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Add pinto beans. Cook uncovered another 5 - 10 minutes or until liquid from tomatoes is reduced.
3. Top wrap with ground turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. bake an additional 5 - 10 minutes to melt cheese.
4. Top with lettuce, green onions, and red bell pepper. Serve warm.
