Ingredients

    1 cup boiled breadfruit (pana)
    ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    ¼ white vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    ½ tsp black pepper
    1 big bay leaf

Tips

You can make this ahead all the flavors will get together.


Directions

Boiled the breadfruit. You will need about one 1 cup. In a small pan combine oil, vinegar,salt,pepper and bay leaf heat at low temperature for 15 minutes. Mix in a glass bowl the breadfruit with the oil. Enjoy
