Ingredients

    roasted red peppers
    marinated artichoke hearts. NOTE: if artichokes are not marinated, add olive oil to mixture.
    onion
    lemon juice
    salt to taste
    garlic to taste 3-4 cloves
    white vinegar of any kind will be sufficient
    black pepper to taste

Tips

keeps in refrigerator for about a week.


Directions

empty drained roasted red peppers and drained artichoke hearts in food processor. add 1/2 medium onion, squeeze of 1/2 lemon, salt and pepper and garlic cloves which you have chopped up . pulsate in food processor. empty into bowl and enjoy .
