Ingredients

    cucumbers, with peel, raw, 6 cup sliced thinly
    Distilled White Vinegar, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, 2 tsp
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, .25 cups
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small sliced thinly
    Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cut cucumbers and onions thinly and place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, water, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Splenda. Stir well.
Pour over cucumbers and onions and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle dill and mustard seeds over mixture and toss well. Chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Serving Size: makes 6, 1 cup servings
