Introduction

Ingredients

    6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
    6 T Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo wing sauce and glaze
    Cooking spray
    1/2 t celery salt
    1 t dried minced onion
    fresh pepper to taste
    blue cheese crumbles (optional) not in calorie count

Tips

could use fresh celery to lower sodium count


Directions

Spray 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Put chicken in single layer in pan. Sprinkle celery salt and pepper and dried onion on chicken. Place 1 Tablespoon of sauce on each thigh, Let sit in sauce for 20 minutes. Then bake for 35-45 mins until done. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles in last 5 minutes if desired.
