Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1 tbsp nut flour (ground nuts-walnuts in my case)
    1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .5 Cinnamon, ground for flavor
    1 tsp sweetner (Splenda in my case)

Tips

I used walnut flour (ground walnuts) but any nut flour can be used.


Directions

Beat eggs and cream in a bowl
Add flour, stir
melt butter in a pan
add mixture
Heat on low to medium, stirring frequently
Remove from heat at desired consistency
Mix in cinnamon and sweetner. Top to taste.

Serving Size: 1-2 bowls depending on goals
