1c sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2c milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Tips
You can add almost anything to these in the batter or on top after cooking. Though my kids love them just the way there are.
Directions
Preheat overn to 350, grease 12 muffin tin.
Mix butter and sugar together, stir in egg. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Add dry mix to wet mix, alternating with the milk while mixing. Bake for 20-25 minutes
