Ingredients

1 cup Shortening
2 cup Sugar
4 Eggs : Beaten
6 Ripe Bananas
2 tsp Baking Soda
4 cup Floor
1/2 tsp Salt
8 tsp Sour Milk (add a smidgen of Vinegar)
Directions
1. Cream shortening; add sugar and beat well
2. Beat eggs and mash bananas; add to previous mixture
3. Sift flour, salt and baking soda; add alternatively with sour milk and beat until smooth.
4. Bake in greased pan at 350° F for about 1 hour or until done. Cool before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves (900 g each)
