Ingredients

    3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp light mayonnaise style dressing
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tbsp Splenda
    2 tsp garlic powder (more or less to taste)
    1 tsp dried dill (more or less to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 oz chopped fairly fine imitation crab
    2.5 cups chopped lettuce (I used iceberg)
    1 medium red pepper, chopped fine
    4 chopped green onions (about 1/2-2/3 cup)
    2 large ribs celery, chopped fine




Tips

Use whatever salad veggies you like.


Directions

Whisk first 8 ingredients together for dressing. Stir in chopped imitation crab. Toss dressing and crab mixture over veggies.

Serving Size: Makes 4 side dishes or doubled, 2 entrees.
