Ingredients

    1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
    1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped coarsely
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    100 grams cooked chicken breast meat, cubed
    2 cups cannellini beans, cooked
    1 medium tomato cut into cubes

Directions

Toss broccoli and onion in olive oil and roast in 425 degree oven until broccoli is just tender. Set aside to cool.
Toss all ingredients into a salad bowl and mix in your favourite salad dressing to taste
