Introduction

I didn't want to use all beef, so I modified an existing recipe to include 1/2 ground pork I didn't want to use all beef, so I modified an existing recipe to include 1/2 ground pork
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 lb ground pork
    1 lb 80 percent or leaner ground beef
    1 C 2 percent milk
    2 whole eggs
    1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix.
    1 C rolled oats
    1 C chopped bell pepper (any color you like)
    4 T chopped onion

Directions

Mix all together except ketchup. place in 2 8inch loaf pans or 24 cupcake pan, spread ketchup over tops if desired. Bake for 30 in cupcake pans or 45 minutes in loaf pans.

Serving Size: 16 slices or 24 cupcakes
