Tips

I tried other recipes that call for a full tablespoon of olive oil but it always leaves oil in the bowl which are unconsumed calories. This recipe reduces the amount of olive oil and the calories! Watch them closely to prevent burning


Directions

Toss Kale in olive oil and salt, bake on a baking sheet at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
