Ingredients

    kale, raw, 2 cup
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, unthawed
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed
    Cherries Dark Sweet Pitted Frozen 1/2 Cup, 1 serving
    Frozen Pineapple Chunks, 0.5 cup
    Almond Milk, Unsweetened, 1.5c ups
    1 cup warm water
    Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
    Chia Seed 1 Tbsp, 1 tbsp
    Almond Butter Smooth/Unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Pure Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on Smoothie setting for 1-2 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Poor in glass and enjoy.
