Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour

    4 tsp baking powder

    1/4 tsp salt

    4 tbsp cold butter sliced thin

    1 cup of 1% milk

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cold butter in food processor. Pulse until well combined. Add the milk and mix in processor until well mixed. Turn out onto floured counter or cutting board. Pat flat to a 3/4 inch thickness. Turn glass upside down to cut out biscuits. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, and cook at 450 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
