Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp canola oil
    1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
    3/4 tsp sugar
    salt & pepper

    Salad:
    1 cup spring mix lettuce
    2 cups romaine Lettuce
    1/4 English cucumber, halved and sliced
    5 ounces (1/2 can) canned mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

In a large salad bowl mix together ingredients for dressing.
Add remaining ingredients and gently toss together. Serve immediately.
