Ingredients

    1 cup coarsely ground cornmeal
    4.5 cups water
    1 tablespoon coconut oil
    .5 tsp. salt

Tips

Leftovers may be refridgerated but will form into a more solid mass, which may be sliced and grilled or pan seared for another meal.


Directions

Place cornmeal and water in rice cooker, press start button. Cook for 15 minutes, open lid and stir. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, open lid and stir in remaining ingredients. Cook for remainder of cycle. When cycle complete, open lid, stir one final time and serve.
