Introduction

Ingredients

    Swiss Chard, 50 grams
    Onions, raw, 25 grams
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 50 grams
    *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp (better fresh)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Egg white, large, 3 serving

Directions

Chop onion, tomato, sweet pepper, coriander and swiss chard. Warm olive oil and add veggies. Add the egg whites. Cook for 3 minutes or so.
