Ingredients

    1 can Kidney Beans(canned rinsed off or salt free)
    1 can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
    1 can Whole Corn(rinsed off or salt free)
    3 Chicken, leg quarter, bone in, skin removed
    1 can Hunt's No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
    1 can Black Beans(rinsed off or salt free)
    Oregano Powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    1 Onion diced
    1 *BELL PEPPER - GREEN, diced
    *Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Cumin, 2 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    *GARLIC POWDER, 1 tsp

Directions

Place chicken in crock frozen, then all the rest of the ing. Place on high 4 hours. Take chicken out and shred it then place it back in the crock 30min-1hr
