Ingredients

Gortons Classic Grilled Salmon, 1 filet
Hellmans Low Fat Mayo, 1 tbsp (remove)
Mission Carb Balance Fajita size - 1 flour tortilla
Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 1 slice
Pace Hot All Natural Chunky Salsa, 1 tbsp
Spinach, fresh, .25 cup
Tomato, Fresh, 1 Med,1/4 to 1/2 serving
Directions
1. Unwrap 1 Filet...ziplock other & put back in fridge or freezer.
2. place in microwave safe dish & cover with paper towel. Heat for 1.5 minutes.
3. Smash around after heating and heat for another 1 minute.
4. While heating, put mayo & salsa in a cup & mix. Put tortilla on a plate & cover with cheese slice (I always tear slice in half & put down middle). Cover cheese with spinach. Slice up tomato as preffered.
5. When fish is done, pour onto spinach. Heat for 30 more seconds.
6. When done heating, cover with salsa mayo mixture & tomotoes.
7. Fold in half & cut in half! Enjoy!
