Ingredients

2 - 3 Links Spicy Turkey Sausage, browned
8 oz Whole Wheat Pasta, cooked according to package
1 jar of your fave Spaghetti Sauce
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flake to taste
1 med Carrot, julienned
2 cups fresh spinach, stems removed and chopped
6 TBS Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Boil pasta according to package.
Remove turkey sausage from casing and brown in a large skillet. When browned add oregano, red pepper flake and black pepper. Add carrots and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
Add spaghetti sauce to turkey mixture.
Combine pasta and turkey mixture.
Transfer to a casserole dish and top w/ parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
