Ingredients

    1 1/4 Cup White Rice

    1/2 C Dried Apricot (diced small!)
    0.5 cup Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk
    1 Serving(s) Bengal spice tea

Directions

1. Brew 1 1/2 cup of tea. 2. Mix Egg and Coconut milk. Add tea. 3. Pour rice into a 8X8 pan. Cover with the wet mix. Add the apricot (or dried fruit of choice). 4. Bake for 25 min. Stir well and bake again for 25 min. Good warm or cold. Serving Size;6 servings
