Ingredients

2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup Honey
5 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats
250 gram(s) Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Chips 50% cocoa
8 serving Bob’s Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
1 cup, packed Raisins
16 tbsp Coconut Sweetened
.5 cup Butter, unsalted
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Tips
Wrap each bar with saran wrap and freeze for school lunches.
Directions
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Line 8”X8” baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine oats, flax, coconut and cinnamon. Use a pastry cutter or two knives to cut margarine into smaller pieces in dry mixture.
3. Stir in egg, honey, applesauce and chocolate chips. Mix well divide and press into
baking pan. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
4. In microwave oven melt reserved Dark chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Spread on top of bars.
5. Cool and cut into bars.
