Ingredients

    * Lime Juice, 1 cup
    * Garlic, 5 cloves
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1.52 large
    * Beef, top sirloin, 6 oz
    * 4 Flour Tortillas, low fat
    * Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Slice Beef, peppers and onions, into thin strips, Marinate with lime, garlic (mashed with salt) and other seasonings to taste

Add oil and heat. When sizzling, cook just the beef first, making sure not to overload the pan or else the beef will steam not fry. Add peppers and onions and cook until meat is done and vegetables are slightly wilted but still a little crisp.

Warm tortillas and serve.
