Introduction

Not satisfied with typical off-the shelf balsamic vinegarette and wishing for a lower-fat option, I created my own. Ingredients

    3/4 cup Balsamic Vinegarette
    1/4 cup Olive Oil, extra virgin
    1 Tbsp honey
    1 tsp garlic powder
    dash of salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in 1 container and shake. Ready to serve.

Serving Size: 2 Tbsp = 1 serving; Recipe makes 8.5 servings
