Ingredients

    Garlic Cloves
    Olive Oil
    Tomatoes
    Truvia
    green Onion
    Basil
    Balsamic vinegar
    Feta
    Lime Juice
    Salt
    Pepper

Tips

My husband eats it with a spoon. Sometimes I throw in cucumbers. I wish I had better measurements but I just chop, pour,and stir and eat!


Directions

I press 1-3 (sometimes more) cloves of garlic into a few table spoons of olive oil. While that is soaking I chop 5 - 6 tomatoes into little cubes, and throw them in with the olive oil and garlic. I sprinkle the top of that with Truvia. Then I add green onion tops, and throw in some fresh basil. After that I stir it all together and add a few tsp.of balsamic vinegar. I stir again and then throw in a cup of feta. Top it off stirring in lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Dip chips, bread, flat bread chips and it's delicious!
