Ingredients

    2-1/4 c whole wheat flour
    3/4 c brown sugar
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt
    1 t cinnamon
    1/4 t allspice
    1 c buttermilk
    1/4 c applesauce
    1 T canola oil
    1 large egg
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/2 c grated apple
    1/2 c grated zucchini
    1 c chopped peeled apple

    TOPPING:
    2 T sugar
    1/4 t cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

combine all ingredients, except for topping

Fill muffin cups (with liners or spray with cooking spray) approx 3/4 full with mix. Sprinkle topping evenly on all.

Bake for 20 min. or until golden & a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
