Introduction

For anyone who is sick of their healthy food tasting like butt, here is a low fat, satisfying, protein fruit smoothie people can actually enjoy!

Granted, it does not have as much protein as something with that nasty chemical filled protein powder in it, but it's dairy free and amazing tasting!

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 C Dole Frozen Mixed Fruit
    2.5 C Organic Soy Milk, sweetened
    2.5 C Mango Nectar
    2 small Bananas

Tips

for higher protein, fewer calories, and a little more fat use all soy milk instead of mango nectar. Another way to cut the calories is to use unsweetened soy milk, but I find it has a funny after taste :)


Directions

Throw everything in blender and smoothie the crud out of it :)

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1 Cup servings or 4 - 1.5 Cup servings
