    Imitation Crab Meat, 8oz
    1 lb Pasta, cooked (I like shells)
    2 cups frozen peas
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 cup miracle whip
    8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
    Season to taste with herbs such as dill, oregano, rosemary, tyme etc. (Whatever you like)


Cook noodles as directed on package.
Cut imitation crab meat pieces in half into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the miracle whip. Combine everything in the bowl very well. Add the miracle whip and stir until everything is well coated. Chill until ready to eat. (This is better with at least 30 min in the fridge.)
(I use regular Miracle Whip as I don't want all the chemicals in light Miracle Whip. The recipe is also calculated with regular cheese as I can't get low-fat cheese.)

Makes 8 servings.

  • whole wheat pasta and fat free miracle whip would make it even better... maybe some broccoli, tomato, olives... hmmmm lots of ideas now. - 4/8/08
