Ingredients

    1 tomato
    1 red bell pepper
    3 stalks celery
    2 onions
    1 leek
    3 dried red chilis
    1 14 oz can spinach
    1 T fish sauce
    2 T chili sauce
    1 T oyster sauce
    1/4 c lime juice
    1 T garam masala
    1 T curry powder
    12 oz crab meat
    8 oz swai
    16 oz swordfish
    10 oz chicken broth
    2 13.5 oz cans of coconut milk

Directions

Simmer spices, lime juice, and vegetables over medium heat in a stock pot until soft. Blend and return to pot. Add fish and crab and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer until fish is cooked through. Then add coconut milk and chicken broth. Serve over rice or lentils.
