Ingredients

    Prosciutto 3 oz
    Whole wheat flour 0.5 Cup
    egg 1

garnish Bacalao & pppers with a pice of cracker


Directions

Place ham in the micro until fully cooked
Brake ham into small pievces and place in morter
add egg and slowly add flour until consistency is a paste
put in baking sheet (paper) and over for about 15-20 minues until cracker is done.
