Ingredients

    200 g of kidney beans (or chick peas) (1 tin drained)
    2 sticks of celery this sliced
    1/2 a medium red onion diced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp shoyu sauce
    1/2 tsp mustard powder

Directions

warm beans in microwave
mix in celery and red onion
warm remaining in microwave and combine

Serving Size: 3 tablespoons
