Ingredients

    6 ounces small shrimp
    1 cup celery, sliced
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1-1/4 cups tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup frozen okra, sliced
    1/4 cup frozen corn kernels
    1-1/3 tsp olive oil

    Spices:
    1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1/8 tsp celery seed
    1/3 cup lemon- and lime-flavored water
    1/2 tsp lemon herb seasoning (sodium free)
    1/4 tsp paprika

Tips

Directions

Heat oil in a medium nonstick saute pan. Add celery, onion, tomatoes, okra, corn, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chili powder, and celery seed. Cook until vegetables are tender. Mix in the shrimp, paprika, lemon herb seasoning, and water. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked. Spoon into a medium bowl and serve.
