Ingredients

    1 cup dry quick oats
    4 Tbsp ground flax seed
    1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
    4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Tips

before each serving, add fruit and sweetener as desired. I like to add 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries and 2 T maple syrup then microwave for 2 minutes to reheat.


Directions

mix all ingredients together and microwave in an 8 cup or larger glass mixing bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes, stir and microwave for another 3-4 minutes until thick and creamy.
