Ingredients

    2 cups cooked chickpeas
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 tbsp sunflower oil
    1 tsp mustard seed
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp tumeric
    salt & pepper

Tips

Feel free to bump up the spices depending on how strong you like it. I also add whatever veggies I have on hand at the time.
