Introduction

A little spicy, a little sweet, and served over spaghetti. You've never had chili like this before. A little spicy, a little sweet, and served over spaghetti. You've never had chili like this before.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 large can pinto beans
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp chipotle powder (more or less for kick)
    2-4 tbsp chili powder
    1 pack plain spaghetti

Tips

This sounds strange, but trust me. It is amazing.


Directions

1. Boil water for pasta. 2. Cook and shred chicken, combine all other ingredients in a pan. 3. Simmer for 30 minutes to 2 hours for flavor to combine. 4. Drain pasta, serve chili over pasta.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 large bowls (1 cup chili over 1/2 cup spaghetti)
