Ingredients

    1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix (prepared with egg and milk)
    1 Pound Browned Ground Beef
    1 Packet Taco Seasoning
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Tips

Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, salsa.


Directions

Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning as instructed. Mix corn bread mix with egg and milk as directed on the box. Pour corn bread into casserole dish (9x9), sprinkle on prepared ground beef. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. sprinkle on cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.
