Introduction

Ingredients

2 small ripe bananas
1 large egg
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1.75 cups oats, divided
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1.5 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Tips
Can also be frozen.
Directions
Using a blender on pulse, grind 1.5 cups of the oats into flour like consistency.
Mash banana well and mix with egg. Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
Line 9 by 12 pan with parchment paper and spread batter evenly. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top. Cool completely before cutting into 8 bars.
