    1 chicken leg
    2 cloves garlic
    Half a cup of wine
    tbsp butter
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

brown the garlic, the rosemary in the butter. Add the chicken, brown on both sides, then add the wine, cover and simmer for 30 minutes
