Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    4 clean potatoes
    4 large carrots
    4 celery stalks
    1 jar of pataks curry paste
    1 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
    1 cup of spinach

Tips

I've made this before work and let it cook for 8 hours, and I've also made it in the short period time frame of 4 hours.
It always turns out great!


Directions

Cut chicken breast into squares, brown the chicken.
Cut potatoes, carrots and celery into small peices. Put into crockpot.
Once chicken is browned, add to crockpot.
Add Jar of pataks curry paste and 1 tablespoon of plain greek yogurt.
Stir Contents.
Cook on crockpot high for 4 hours or low on 8 hours.
about 15 minutes before serving add spinach.
