    Ground Pork, 4 oz
    Clover Valley Pinto Beans .5 cup servings (3.5 servings per can), 7 serving
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Pic Sweet Seasoning Blend 'onion,celery,peppers', 1.5 serving (
    *Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
    *Oregano, 3 tsp
    *Publix Sun Dried Tomato 6 pcs, 1 serving
    *Bell Peppers Green 1 raw medium 119 g, 6 serving
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp

Tips

Freezes Well! Note: Best to cook just under done so when you warm them in the Microwave they do not over cook. You can change the seasonings to make your favorite country's food. Enjoy


Directions

Cut Bell pepper in half, lengthwise, clean out ribs and rise and drain. Rinse and drain the 2 cans of Pinto Beans.
Put beans in food processor until pureed. Add the beans and all the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
Stuff the Bell Pepper halves. Sprinkle the Shredded Parmesan Cheese on the tops. Bake on a greased baking tray 25-30 minutes on 350 F.
