    4 eggs
    1.5 cups ff cottage cheese
    1.5 cups oat bran
    1.5 tsp butter extract
    1 tsp Lawry's season salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 packet or 2 tsp granular Splenda


To make this as Focaccia garlic bread: add 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb..and spray with buttery spray.


In blender combine all ingredients except baking powder. Blend until smooth. Let batter stand 10 minutes..before adding baking powder..this gives bread a smoother consistency. Add baking powder. Pour onto a cookie sheet or molded cornbread pan. Bake at least 30 to 40 minuted at 350 degrees. Should be browned and completely done.
