Ingredients

    Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup
    Fit&Active Nonfat Yogurt, 6 oz any flavor
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 3/4 cup adjust as desired, but make sure to account for the different calorie value.

Tips

Cost: (NE Ohio Aldi) = $.63 per serving ($10.13 for 15 servings with some milk left over!)
Oats (1 cup)= .09 (15 servings per container =1.29)
Milk (3/4 cup) = .15 (21 servings per gallon = 2.99)
Yogurt = .39


Directions

Put Oats in the mason jar, add milk, stir a little, add yogurt, stir some more (you should see the yogurt mixing in, put the lid on, place in refridgerator overnight, serve with spoon. :-)

Serving Size: 1 jar, can be 2 servings if slip between 2 smaller jars.
