Ingredients

    1- Medium head raw cabbage(shredded)
    1-Cup raisins
    3/4-cup cider vinegar
    2/3-cup Meijer zero calorie sweetener
    1/2-tsp salt
    1-1/2 cup water
    7-strips Jennie-o turkey bacon

Tips

If not sweet enough,add a little more sugar to your liking.


Directions

In a large pot,brown the turkey bacon which has been sliced in 1 inch pieces.Next add the water,sugar,salt and cider vinegar and heat while stirring to get all the brown from the bottom of the pot.Add the raisins and the shredded cabbage and bring liquid to a boil.Reduce heat to simmer cover with a lid slightly ajar on top and cook for 30 minutes.
