Ingredients

    1- 4 oz. Package of Idahoan butterery homestyle mashed potatoes
    1 large head of cauliflower
    1 cup of water

Tips

Add butter or salt to taste if desired.


Directions

Boil cauliflower in water until soft enough to mash. drain water. Add package of potato flakes and 1 cup of water and mash together.
