    800 gr ground turkey breast
    1 medium egg
    3 TBLSP teriyaki sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp ginger, minced
    2 TBLSP chopped onions


Makes 4 big burgers

Mash all together by hand and grill or fry in a pan. Serve on a bun if you like, or with a good salad on the side.
