Ingredients

    12 oz semisweet chocolate
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 cup sifted cake flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    4 eggs
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat the eggs and sugar until light and pale around 5 minutes. Add the chocolate mixture and vanilla to the sugar mixture. Add the flour mixture and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Spoon evenly into the muffin cups. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until the center are set. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
