Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    one pound bag of brown rice pasta
    one large egg
    2lbs of assorted cheeses, I used cheddar, farmers, cream, swiss and whatever is in my fridge
    one can evaporated skim milk
    1 1/2 cups milk ( I had 2%)

Directions

cook pasta to just done, drain and rinse with cold water

Mix milk and egg together in a bowl or pot. Add shreaded or finely chopped cheeses and mix together with pasta to make sure all pasta is coated.

Grease inside of crock pot. I used EVOO. Pour all ingredients in and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring once.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 22 ounces.
