Ingredients

    3 c whole wheat flour
    2 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
    1 1/2 c plain greek yogurt
    3 eggs
    3 T baking powder
    1/4 t salt
    1 cup ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips

Tips

For very low fat pancakes, replace chocolate chips with blueberries or just leave them out.


Directions

Mix ingredients. Use ice cream scooper to portion batter onto hot griddle (325 degrees) sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until brown on one side, flip, cook until brown on the other.
