Ingredients

    250g ready roll puff pastry
    100g fresh cherry tomatoes
    2-3 tbsp green pesto
    18g raw egg yolk

Tips

wait for 5 mins before serving pastry or else it may crumble.


Directions

Preheat oven to gas mark 375. Roll pastry out onto baking tray, smear pesto onto pastry add tomatoes and then add egg yolk to glaze.
